[GRLUG] Remote Administration

Hey guys

I have to work on a machine that I don't have physical access to.  It
is my Uncle's who isn't computer savvy.

He is running Vista.

Is there an easy to use program that we can use for me to control his
computer?  It would have to be free and hopefully just easy for him to
use as running an exe.

I found http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/index.html in the archives.
Has anyone used this?  Is this the best?
