Admittedly, it's been several years since I've needed their services(and 
hopefully it'll be several more!), but I had great results with OnTrack - 
http://www.ontrackdatarecovery.com/data-recovery-services/

Their page does include "mobile devices", so I'd assume that would include 
phones as well as notebooks.

Worth a call. ;)
