People will probably start lining up around 6AM, sale opens at 7AM.

I don't have numbers for this year, but machine prices vary over the
course of the day, often dropping to $50/machine at the end of the day
as they try to dump the stuff that hasn't been bought yet.

All hardware is used.  It may or may not come with an operating
system; I don't know.  You can always install linux.
