[GRLUG] Utility box

I've worked with Teamspeak.  It's unsuitable for Linux desktop use, as
it monopolizes the sound card by way of the kernel's OSS emulation.
I'd rather just set up a SIP server or h.323 endpoint.  Asterisk can
do both of those.
