Yeah, to me the story reads of how the government's bureaucracy and heavy
handedness can quickly make any bad situation 10x worse. The whistle
blowers really did a GREAT job in getting the federal gov't involved.

More on topic, they probably could have saved a ton on their budget by
switching it all over to linux. ;-)
