System Administrator

sure 40+ websites have zero downtime? How about managing multi-node, 
load-balanced web servers?
The infrastructure in our company relies greatly on technology. Our 
client's count on us to have a stable and efficient hosting environment 
for their interactive solutions. Our staff counts on the technology to 
exceed our client's expectations everyday.
We're looking for a dynamic and energetic person to ensure our technology 
infrastructure remains sound today and grows effectively for the future.
Our SysAdmin position is a full-time job with competitive pay and

as the specifics listed below:
Requirements:

    * Possess an undying curiosity and a never ending willingness to learn
    * Self Motivated
    * Demonstrate flexible thinking
    * Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills (to resolve problems quickly)
    * Must be able to communicate technical projects and objectives to management
    * Willing to be on call
    * Comfortable and proficient in an open source environment
    * Proficient in Linux (particularly RedHat) and the Linux command line
    * Able to script in Bash and PERL
    * Familiar with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, QoS, routing, and firewalling
    * Understand and use protocols such as IPSec, HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 protocols
    * Experienced with services and programs such as Apache, MySQL, 
      NFS, DNS, LDAP, Sendmail, Samba, and iptables
    * Familiar with Cisco routing and switching equipment
    * BA or BS in CPSC or CIS or 3+ years relevant work experience required 


Responsibilities:

    * Work closely with and support a small interactive development team
    * Help plan and execute the vision for DDM's technology infrastructure
    * Maintain and enhance documentation of infrastructure and procedures
    * Ensure systems and service availability
    * Ensure successful data backup and retrieval
