[GRLUG] 50 cent licensing fee ??

I can't think of any distros or software packages that charge a $0.50
license fee.  Maybe some 3rd party sold them on some 'IP lawsuit
protection' or something?  The per-seat fee just seems too low to be
valid for any real-world licensing.
