I did some checking, and it was happening every 59-61 seconds.  That made 
me hunt for a software issue.  On a reboot, I chose the kernel one 
previous to my latest, and it appears to have fixed it.

The latest is actually fairly old, relatively speaking, so I don't know 
why it started doing that to me.

Anyway, I've passed the 61 min mark and I'm still up, we'll see how the 
rest of the day goes.
