[GRLUG] Possibilty of creating a nonprofit orgination

I think such details would be a consequence of a mission statement, and
well defined tactical goals.

I think in cool projects like this one the devil is in the detail ...
it has to be done smartly.  

So what would be the long range goals for this organization, would it
be just to facilitate hardware distribution, install software, or
support it?
I am sure that there are other orgs who already figured out the first
steps.  Maybe we can borrow a blueprint from someone ....
