In my opinion this just means new market for Linux.

This is primarily for vitalization needs.  How many people who already
run VMware or Xen will switch to running Linux under Windows ... ?

If anything, this will give exposure to Linux and cause more people to
run Windows in a virtual environment with Linux as the host.
