[GRLUG] Wiki thread

I use media wiki which can require a login to edit or even view pages. 
See http://sourceforge.net/projects/wikipedia/. They run 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia on this, so I imagine it can 
prevent wiki spam.

I could host the wiki as well, but it probably should just go on the 
list server box.
