[GRLUG] Mail Server, When Will It Be Stable?

On I've been on the list for a few years now. Maybe the ML server is slow or perhaps something else is slow. On Monday I sent out
two emails to this list, and on Tuesday sometime I got bounce messages that the connection was refused to the grlug ML server.

Yesterday morning (very early in the morning) I sent out a few more emails, and then about an hour ago they showed up on the list.

I have gotten bounce messages in the past, perhaps I just try to send emails at the wrong time of day?
