[GRLUG] Creating your own LiveCD

Recently, I downloaded and burned a copy of Knoppix from <www.knoppix.org>.
On my daughter's Windows PC, I booted Linux from the Knoppix CD, connected
to the Internet, and copied some files from her (Windows) harddrive to a
thumb/jump/USB drive.  Wish I had this a few months ago--I would have
Fed-Ex'ed it to my sister!

My computer club would find such knowledge useful for creating their own
tools CDs for use in their PC Clinic.
