[GRLUG] linux meetup

One more thing.  When I first noticed GRLUG a year or two ago, I
thought it was dead.  The website hadn't been updated in ages.  Even
now, there's not much to look at, and the only active content is
passively active; there's nothing about a wiki that makes one want to
check back for updates.

Simply choosing some colors and linking to a .CSS file would help, but
the old announcements should probably be removed.

Are there any web developer natives around here?
