its like 6Mbps as i am getting like max dowload speads of 650-700K/Sec.
the up stream i have no clue on... 
i have like 13$ for the basic-basic and the other 45 is the high speed
internet stuff.

i haven't seen any sort of alternate plans from Comcrap yet.. just the
one flat rate.
