No PDF reader for Linux that I know of readily supports the advance
document features in PDF, and with Acrobat for Linux cancelled some
time ago you may be SOL.
The only suggestion I would have is Acrobat reader under Wine, or the
built in PDF support in Google Chrome. Chrome is probably your best
bet, its form support has never failed me.
