<p dir="ltr">From a cursory glance building 1 appears to have only split phase 240/208v.  Building 2 appears to have 3phase 480v.  Depending on the tools you wish to have 3 phase might be required.  </p>
<p dir="ltr">My suggestion would be to focus on climate control (adding heat/AC gets expensive especially if uninsulated) and location (ease of access, parking, security), landlord flexibility and cost.</p>
