<br>I don't know if it allows posting, but it does seem to have all of the newsgroups (binaries included). I guess they allow free access to encourage IPv6 adoption, so you can't use it if you only have IPv4. I'd personally recommend Hurricane Electric for IPv6 service if you need a tunnel:<br>
