<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000'>I've have mixed-luck with just about every drive out there, and have concluded the warranty period is the best feature on most disks. <br><br> We have 30+ Seagate 2TB Constellation ES drives in our servers, only had to return 2 in the past 2 years. We've also had 5 ( of 10) Seagate 1.5 TB disks arrive DOA! We seem to lose a Seagate 500GB SATA disk every month, though they're all over 3 years old.<br><br>I've had good luck with the WD Caviar black 1TB disks (only replaced 1 of 12) in the past 2 or 3 years.
