<div>Ah yes, the good old charge your existing customers more game.  So here it goes ... in 5 weeks I'm moving to another location in town.  I presently pay $40/mth for AT&T dryline 3 down/512 up DSL service.  The new address is good to go for DSL also.  Of course, new customers pay half for the same service ... online promotion is $19.95/mth + tax with 12 month committment.  How do I play this game?  Just cancel current service and sign up as a new customer?  The 12 month committment doesn't bother me.</div>
