Depends upon the thin client and the device. If the USB device registers itself as a Serial port, it should work. I'd say you have probably a 70% chance of it working. Wyse thin clients are very good at it. HP are not so much. <br>

One of the connections will be to a scale, and that is RS232. What are the<br>
chances that 'port forwarding' a USB port will work with a standard RS232<br>
connection?<br>
