1) Are there *ANY* lights on the PC?<br>
<br>
2) Make sure the outlet/power strip where it's plugged in is hot.<br>
<br>
3) If you don't have any lights but you do have power, you probably need a<br>
power supply. $15 at most retail stores, .. take your old one out to make<br>
sure you get the right one (IDE vs. SATA, MB, etc.).<br>
