Whatever works. I wouldn't call it 'wimping out' I would call it "trying<br>
the simple things first". Alot of times its something small that can be<br>
fixed with reinstalling. If you are using Ubuntu or debian you can use<br>
'dpkg-reconfigure <package-name>' to reconfigure without reinstalling<br>
the package. This works in most cases for me.<br>

Don't worry about the lack of experience. Only time gives you that. The<br>
more time you spend, the more familiar you become. You've got your foot<br>
