I would suggest www.logmein.com. They have a free version of the software. Once the workstation is setup, you can remote into his computer anytime via web interface. I use this option for my relatives all the time. They will be able to see what your doing on the screen, so it is nice to help explain how to do something or in some cases just do it for them.
Hey guys

I have to work on a machine that I don't have physical access to. It
is my Uncle's who isn't computer savvy.

He is running Vista.

Is there an easy to use program that we can use for me to control his
computer? It would have to be free and hopefully just easy for him to
use as running an exe.

I found http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/index.html in the archives.
Has anyone used this? Is this the best?

Share and Enjoy
Ben
