Architecture. One position is a T904 Senior
Technology Specialist, and the newest is a T903 Technology Specialist. </DEFANGED_span></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial" size="2"><DEFANGED_span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">We have a very good story to share with such candidates here
at Meijer. The AIX environment is here to stay for a long
time. At present, any new candidates would be engaged at the front of our Power
5 technology rollout that will include the implementation of sub CPU LPARing
throughout, but specifically in our DF's. These individuals will get to
work with the latest IBM RISC technology, SANs and the virtualization of that
technology, HACMP for high availability, and the migration of our infrastructure
between the two data centers as part of our Business Continuity effort.</DEFANGED_span></font></p>



<p><font face="Arial" size="2"><DEFANGED_span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Any Senior level candidate will need to be very strong in
UNIX/AIX, RISC hardware, HACMP experience, some SAN technology exposure, but
most importantly someone that has very good leadership, communication, project
management skills, is resourceful and can see the big picture. This individual
would need to be someone that is a mentor to others and can help foster good
