Just curious, has anyone here posted any
Linux related material on the web? Since
so many people here seem to use google
as their first choice for solving problems,
perhaps the solutions found here should then
be posted somewhere too. In the spirit of
give a little, don't just take.

I've been very lucky with my look at Ubuntu..... :-(
The display problems occurred with two machines.
Both have ATI cards, which, while old, are
nevertheless common video cards.
I was a bit surprised.

should try the expert setup, maybe ol' breezy is just seeing your card

Looks largely moot now.
