[GRLUG] MySQL 3.51 on current

Fighting with an app installation on 13.1 (SuSE), .. unfortunately the
install scripts are configured for older MySQL. I have been trying to use
current packages, but an encounting a showstopper in the unixODBC MySQL
connector (only available in 64 bit, .. need 32 bit).

Question - has anyone had to install on a current kernel? Can't seem
to find anything online, ..
