Should probably specify that I'll be offering dedicated hosting on the
connection, so I need something with symmetric bandwidth and
a provider that will provide more than a small handful of IP addresses.
 Charter business is pretty reasonable pricing for 100mbps service, but
they will not allow resale and they restrict to 13 usable IP addresses.
