Windows servers support RIP routing out-of-the box.

Workstations should just use the default route delivered by the DHCP
server, but that can be to any device that knows the correct routes and
will process ICMP [generating a redirect].  So the default gateway does
not need to be your 'Internet Gateway' [just something that knows the
routing table].
