Don't let yourself get too excited. If you want IPv6 now, get a
TunnelBroker.net account; they're free.

If you want to know when IPv6 is turned on for you, set up a script to
email you when a cron job with this gives you any output:

/sbin/ip -6 addr show|grep "scope global"
