I was making the point that
what's an acceptable price for
a business and what's acceptable
for a home user might be very
different things.  And the decision
making process might be different.

I'd even guess that business ISP
services are separate businesses.
You pay more, expect different kinds
of up time, higher priority during busy
times of the day, etc.  How much
an outfit like Comcast might tinker
with the data in that context on could
ask them.  I did inquire several months
ago about a business service, and it
was spelled out that one does get
better treatment in general - like
business class on a plane.
