If the domain security settings allow access to machine-local
accounts, you can use a machine-local administrator account to get in
and change things a bit. (see password reset and removal stuff near
the beginning of the thread)

If the account you're logging in as is a domain account (as opposed to
a machine-local account), then I don't think you'll be able to change
the account properties from a machine-local account.
