Reading the description at your link tells me that is the sort of thing
I'm looking for.  I love the idea of being able to encode multiple audio
streams.  Each Stargate episode includes commentary that is almost as
fun as watching the episode (some of the actors and/or producers are
hilarious!).  Being able to include that would rock.
