[GRLUG] ISP shopping

Full T1 would be 1.5 Mb up and down. While the up is pretty, it's not
my chief limitation. If "3 lines of local service" corresponds to
landlines...not what I need.

Although $150/mo for a full T1 is a steal, for those who need T1's
characteristics...
