Will look again, but I'm pretty sure there are no fan options in the 
BIOS. It's a pretty minimal BIOS.

That's probably a good idea. I'm not up for dismantling the machine 
myself, though. Can anybody recommend a reputable shop near Kalamazoo or 
Grand Rapids that can do laptop repair? It would be nice to have them 
look at the solder points in the 2nd hard drive bay while they're at it.
