SNI (Server Name Indication) is finally mainstream for apache, it's in
2.2.something.  I was happy to see it working on my Ubuntu 10.04 VPS.  I
can't find the docs any more, but 10.04 just barely has the httpd and
openssl versions required.  Browsers have been supporting it for a while.
