So I need to give Rosetta Code an actual entity. I'm thinking
LLC+503(c)3 (it'd qualify), and I realize I'd likely have to talk to
an accountant or a lawyer--but I'd rather get my reading in first to
avoid wasting billable hours there.

Where can I find what I need to read?
