Yes, Sunday morning, around 6:30AM, is
the feel good time for checking your speed.
Most people tend to sleep in Sunday morning,
perhaps having gotten wasted on Saturday night,
and the load seems to be as light as it gets.

For me, switching to the Google DNS service
has pepped things up noticeably.  I WAS using
Comcast's service.
