WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A U.S. appeals court dealt a setback to the Federal
Communications Commission's authority to oversee the Internet, tossing out
an agency ruling that forcedComcast Corp to change the way it managed
its broadband
network.

I take this to mean that Comcast
has a blank check to play around
with user content now.

I imagine BitTorrent will be one of
the first things to go now.
