Yes you can do that but it is a pain. I would suggest not  opening all 3
/home directories from each OS and just create an additional partition
called /data to house what you want to share between OS. You should be about
to use the same swap partition for all 3 also. /data could also be 1 of the
home directories if you wanted to.

If you want Microsoft on you computer also, install it first since Grub can
find Windows a lot easier than windows boot can find Linux partitions.
