Speaking of samba browsers, I recently came across smbc. It's a console
samba file manager. At work I need to view a file on a Windows share
once a week from my Linux laptop. I used to use smbget from the command
line but sometimes the filename is tricky (it's usually based on the
date; 11.29.08.pdf but sometimes has a letter or two; 11.29.08a.pdf) so
the ability to browse for it is wonderful. Did I mention it's a console
app? :-)
