Dell is Number 2 now. The want to be the NEW number 1!

They really did rest on their laurels. They got snubbed for it. They are
looking for ways to improve that "Dude you are getting a DUD!"
reputation they worked into over the past few years.

It is not about them being in the dark, its about them looking for ways
OUT OF THE DARK.
