[GRLUG] webdav in ubuntu

I googled (is that an actual word?) for "Unknown DAV provider:
filesystem" and turned up posts which suggest DAV_FS  is tripping you
up.  It *may* not be enabled or compiled.

This link is Gentoo specific but there's a section (if you're not
using *Alias*) that you could copy verbatim.
