I like Dreamhost. =) They have a great management interface for domains, subdomains, mailing lists, databases, fastcgi
applications, users, shell accounts, etc. It's very nice and easy to admin.

Dreamhost also stores all of it's db's on different servers so you get a nice tiered approach.
