[GRLUG] Mail Server, When Will It Be Stable?

Re "wrong time of day,  this is at least
a possibility.  I mostly send mine between
about 2AM and 5AM,  when much of the
world is sleeping,  and almost never get a
bounce.  Exactly why congestion would be
a factor is unclear however.

Of course this is an experiment you could
try.....   ;-)
