[GRLUG] linux meetup

It's the Web 2.0, user-supplied content concept.

I don't like the idea of wiki-as-homepage.  While it makes the site
easy to update, I feel it does so too much--you have to plan for
things like vandalism.

What about a solution somewhere in-between, like Wordpress or
Slashcode?  Or even (ack!) phpBB?  That way, a few trusted users can
have write access to the front page, while everyone can submit
moderated content.

I'm not suggesting doing away with the Wiki, but giving it a
supporting role, instead of a leading role.
