Agreed...  However, because IT departments operate with limited labor
and budget constraints, administrators should strive to implement
technologies that reduce support requirements.  Forcing students to
bring their computers in to the IT department and consume the time of
a living person just to re-enter a wep key is counterproductive.  That
same person could be auditing wireless hardware for WPA support or
installing VPN software or something useful.
